
Shipping Details
Our aim is to ship ALL orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We also work hard to ensure that we keep a healthy stock of all product lines.
Glidetrack is based close to Glasgow Airport, which means that we are ideally placed to have your order on their daily flights that connect to the Fedex worldwide distribution network. After confirming your order, you will be notified when your order ships and will also receive a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the progress of your Glidetrack order.
Shipping Breakdown
Below is a table showing the typical worldwide shipping costs for Glidetrack products. Cost of shipping is also dependent on the size of the product ordered, i.e. it costs more to ship a 1m SD than a 0.5m SD.

Returns Policy
REFUNDS and RETURNS
You may return any item to us for any reason for refund or exchange, at our discretion, within 7 days of receipt. The Customer must contact the Company for a Returns Number before returning any items. The item must be returned in its original packaging, free from damage, and be fit for re-sale. All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. The Company reserves the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned due to the Customer changing their mind. Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch. We recommend that on receipt you carefully check the item before signing for them, as once the goods are signed for, we are unable to raise any claims for damage in transit. Our suggestion is that you check, then sign and if that means keeping the courier waiting don't feel bad as it is protecting you. If an item proves to be faulty we will need to be notified within 7 days and we will need a brief outline of the problem and if possible some photographic evidence. We will either replace the damaged/faulty component, or replace the item in its entirety at our discretion. If the customer decides to cancel the order that has been dispatched before receipt, then they will fall liable for the cost of the delivery to them and also for the return shipping costs. We suggest you obtain proof of posting when returning an item to us, and use a signed for method, as we cannot accept responsibility for items not received. Goods ordered in error will need to be returned at the Customer's expense. We are continually updating and improving our products so there might be changes in the product received to the one shown in a listing. We accept no liability for such changes. If you require an exact dimension we advise you to contact us first as no liability will be accepted for any variances.
