Giotto's MH621 Quick Release Platform features 2 bubble levels. The removable plate is supplied with the option of either 1/4"-20 and 3/8" camera screws, and has a safety spring release. The unused camera screw can be stored on the casting of the main assembly; ideal for converting tripod heads without quick release systems. These are a good match for Velbon DV7000 tripods when being used with a Glidetrack. The base should be screwed to the stud on top of the legs, and the release plate mounted to the underside of the rail. This can also be top mounted to the carriage plate for fitting a camera, however, we suggest you use a fluid or articulated head for this instead. This will open up far more options for adjustment and creative moves.
